The ideal candidate will have experience providing strategic advice and counsel on EEO and federal/state affirmative action compliance on behalf of federal contractors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategically advise employers on compensation reviews, pay equity analysis and diversity analytics on behalf of federal contractors- Conduct training on OFCCP, applicant tracking (disposition codes), EEO, sexual harassment, unconscious bias and diversity recruitment to employers across various industries
- Ability to work independently and consistently deliver high-quality results across multiple assignments
- Trusted advisor who demonstrates impeccable judgment and values and builds strong relationships across the organization
- Inspiring team player who collaborates effectively within cross-functional teams and proactively builds collective knowledge and capabilities
- Highly effective communicator who translates complex laws and legal principles into actionable advice
Experience:
- 4-10 years of labor & employment experience working at a law firm and or as in-house counsel representing federal contractors and subcontractors, with affirmative action compliance, training programs, outreach efforts, and other positive steps.
- Admitted to a State Bar; CA State bar is a plus.
Compensation:
- Base salary: $225K-$275K plus discretionary bonus and full-benefits.
