Job description

• Work directly with the president of the company to oversee and develop a financial business plan and strategy that aligns with the current and future growth strategy of the company.
• Purchase Liaison and Planning when we need to make investments into assets or liabilities.
• Track and manage all expenses, ensuring that all company bills are tracked and paid on time.
• Tax and legal compliance management for the company. This includes, but not limited to managing our monthly sales tax, as well a working with our CPA on the yearly company tax returns.
• Explore alternate revenue streams and expansion scenarios, providing a plan for both.
• Provide an accurate and effective job costing system so that we know where we stand with daily production.
• Actively manage and update the overall company profit and loss statement and balance sheet, as well as separate divisional profit and loss statements and balance sheets, which are to be reviewed with division managers regularly.
• Actively track the performance of the company against the monthly and yearly budget, ensuring that we remain on track for both, while having a forecasting plan for the future.
• Hourly rates and pacing should be determined from the budget as well.
• Evaluating historical and current financial data to understand the company’s financial condition.
• Studying industry specific business trends and research data.
• Writing data backed reports to support the management team in taking strategic business decisions.
• Developing financial models that forecast business outcomes and profits
• Measuring financial risk associated with investment decisions
• Monitor and improve the company credit profile to allow for better banking relationships, as well as increase purchasing power.

Requirements

• 4 – 5 years of finance related experience
• Self-motivated professional
• Must understand day to day cash flow, AP, AR, daily PnL's, Bookkeeping, expense tracking, and financials/cost analysis for internal team and clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
