START A LANDSCAPE CAREER.

Assist in the installation of landscape rock and mulch beds, retaining walls, patios, walkways, decks, fences, and bedding plants, lawn maintanance, yard clean-ups. Rapid advancement for those who are looking for a career.

$18- $19 CREW MEMBER – No Experience necessary

$19 - $20 LEAD IN TRAINING – Basic landscape knowledge of ground cover techniques, locates, cleanup and hauling. Continue to show progress in learning paperwork. Must show leadership potential.

$21 - $23 TIER 1 CREW LEAD – One year landscape experience with leadership training. Total comprehension of ground cover techniques and paperwork. Show progress in learning.

$23.50 - $25 LEAD TRAINER – Three years landscape experience with two years of successful leadership. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Total comprehension of ground cover techniques and yard maintanace. Show progress in successful estimating.

$30 + PROJECT MANAGER Four years landscape experience with impeccable leadership and training qualities. Total comprehension of ground cover techniques, patio installation, retaining wall installation, French drains, walkways, paperwork, equipment use and maintenance, deck and pergola building, and must have irrigation certification. Must be able to estimate any type of job.

Lawn technicians will be trained to operate string trimmers, edgers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, walk-behind, and riding mowers. Work will be on commercial properties on crews of 3-6 crew members. Work is full-time with potential overtime. The applicant must have the ability to life up to 50 lbs. Opportunities for promotion exist for responsible employees. Paid holidays, paid vacation, 401k available. All uniforms and safety gear will be provided.

As one of our professionals, you will be responsible for servicing client properties with weekly mowing visits, apply mulch, prune shrubs and provide other professional services ensuring great customer service. You must have a valid driver's license and your own transportation to work. We are looking for honest, hard-working reliable individuals to become the newest member of our growing team. Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, edging, hedge trimming, pulling weeds, mulching, composting and yard clean ups as assigned
• Work safely and maintain professional appearance and demeanor
• Arrive for work on time, ready for the work day on the schedule
• Learn to properly use and maintain all company equipment, including battery management, mower blade sharpening, trimmer line replacement
• Maintain company vehicle inside and out keeping tools in order and secure, daily clean up, and always minding the security of the trucks and contents
• Daily phone or email communication with owner and/or business manager to review work completed and outlook for the following day/shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
