Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC, a full-service national law firm, is seeking a Legal Assistants in its Harrisburg, PA office.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents: i.e., letters, correspondence, briefs, and pleadings.
• Proofreading legal documents
• Maintain client files
• Communicate with clients
• Meeting coordination
• Maintain attorney calendar
• Complete administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Familiar with State and Federal court filings, including submission of electronic filings
• Must be highly organized
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Knowledge of iManage preferred
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word is required
