Dudley DeBosier Injury Lawyers, an industry leader in personal injury law is currently recruiting a Legal Records Specialist to join our growing team. In this role you’ll play a critical role in the care of our clients. As part of our team, you’ll request and follow-up on the submission of records and billing. You’ll provide world-class client services both internally and internally.
Essential Responsibilities:
Contact providers and medical offices for submission of medical records requests and status of.
Follow-up on medical records requests and other administrative requests.
Record and account for received records and medical billing in case management software.
Request payment for all invoices received and send payment.
Respond to all provider emails and phone calls.
Review requested records for all files set for legal proceedings to verify requests and that all requested records are properly certified and cleared.
Manage provider entry in case management software for all medical providers.
Key Job Requirements:
HSD or GED
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel.
Demonstrated strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on critical thinking
Possess the ability to work well in a team environment.
Demonstrate excellence in interpersonal skills including strong listening, written and verbal communication, with the ability to clearly and professionally communicate with others.
Demonstrate a strong sense of judgement.
