Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Sosa Attorneys at Law are seeking a legal secretary in our personal injury department. This position requires daily interactions with attorneys and other members of the support team in a very dynamic department.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drafting correspondence to insurance companies, clients, and medical providers
• Scheduling and managing attorney's calendars
• Completing intakes with potential new clients
• Corresponding with clients, providers, and insurance adjusters daily
• Assisting paralegal and attorneys in file management

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bilingual - English and Spanish (required)
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Compassion for the injured
• Experience in personal injury (required)
• Experience completing new client intakes (required)
• Detail oriented self-starter
• High energy personality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Word
• Experience in Filevine (a bonus!)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
