Job description
Liquor Department Specialists provide excellent customer service providing recommendations for pairings, new offerings, and assist with the customers questions. These employees must have a knowledge of wines, liquors, and beer items. They must have excellent customer service skills in person and over the phone. They must be able to multi task, use computer systems/point of sale systems, have retail knowledge and be able to stock shelves.
