Job description

This position is responsible for the general maintenance, repair, monitoring and control of boiler activities. In addition, provide support to enhance the operation and maintenance of the facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for maintaining and repairing boiler room equipment
• Monitors boilers room meters to verify efficient operation of automatic combustion control system
• Performs routine maintenance and plumbing to keep facility in good repair

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have two (2) years of general work experience
• High School diploma, GED equivalent or comparable work experience
• HVAC certified - Trade School certificate preferred

JOB SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least three (3) years of experience, in the operation and repair of low pressure boiler systems and related equipment
• Must posse three (3) years of experience in general maintenance and repair work or in related field

PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to do considerable walking and prolong standing entire shift
• Ability to bend, squat, stoop, reach and climb stairs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 per year
