Management of the Patient Access team at Penn State Health's brand new Lancaster Medical Center! Responsible for managing the functions and staff required for the timely and accurate provision of all patient access functions within Lancaster Medical Center. These functions (detailed below) are performed at the Lancaster Medical Center campus. Responsible for ensuring the creation of and adherence to procedures compliant with all federal and state regulatory requirements as well as JACHO requirements.
