Along with these industry trends, Seminet is experiencing strong growth and seeks to fill multiple openings to support expansion.

The Customer Service Engineer will provide installation and customer service support to all customers in the USA on Seminet semiconductor reticle stocking and handling tools.

Responsibilities:

• Support tool installations including site preparation verification and final hand-off.
• Perform periodic Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work on automated handling equipment featuring recipe driven, multi-axis robotics with options for modular inspection and cleaning stations.
• Check and occasionally adjust 6 axis robot teach points and other digital sensor inputs/outputs.
• Maintain equipment specifications to achieve uptime/MTTR/MTBF target.
• Perform SW&HW retrofit/upgrades.
• Perform routine backups of all digital systems.
• Work with factory engineers to perform rapid corrective maintenance as required. Expected travel: 2 to 4 weeks per quarter.
• Provide constructive and data-driven feedback to factory engineering to drive continuous improvement.
• Travel locations included Utah and Arizona.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot complex electronics to achieve high uptime for customers.
• Experience working in semiconductor cleanrooms
• Ability to manage scheduling and support of customers.
• Training/experience with test equipment
• Ability to be flexible to travel through the Dallas area with occasional visits to other Western states.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
