Physical Therapist owned and operated out-patient facility in Hallandale Beach is looking for an experienced front desk manager/coordinator. The right candidate must be pleasant, have a positive attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong work ethic. They will also need to be a self starter, well organized with time management, be good at multi-tasking and knowlegable of EMR softwares ( preferably Theraoffice).

Duties will include: overseeing all front desk activities including answering phones, verifying insurances, checking e-mails, scheduling patients, collecting co-pays and deductibles as well as overseeing daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• At least 1 year front desk experience in the healthcare setting( Required)
• Work Authorzation ( Required)
• Bilingual- Spanish, Russian ( Preferred but not Required)

We are a small private practice and pride ourselves in providing quality care and excellent customer service. The front desk is usually the first point of contact for our patients, therefore hiring the right person is of the utmost importance.

This is a Full-time position, Monday - Friday, no weekends. We offer a benefits package including vacation , sick and paid holidays and continuing education reimbursement.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
