Lead a team that promotes great styles, famous brands, and amazing prices. Provide leadership to your team and support to the general manager that drives the customer experience, operational excellence, and total store results.

Be the lead of a department on the sales floor. Ensure product is processed, brought out and merchandised in a neat, timely manner, and according to corporates best practice. Follow instruction from management and help out in other areas of store when needed.

Show a positive and hard working attitude and desire to help improve their department.

Elevate store visual standards and merchandising to support the customer experience. Educate team on driving results through customer service standards, product placement, and merchandising. Be accountable for merchandising standards, marketing standards, and cleanliness in their department. Drive store awareness of visual and marketing standards

Hold keys for the store and may close the store throughout the week to help management. Must pass LP (loss prevention) Test after training within the store.

Will be trained on register and how to do manager functions to help when needed. Will be lead manager in store from time to time to help management team. While in lead, you may be responsible for 15+ employees at one time ensuring they stay on tasks and work gets completed.

This position is full time and you need to be willing to work evenings and weekends
