LEADER/TEAM BUILDER WANTED

We are looking for a lead for our interior window cleaning team! We are looking for an outgoing and motivated person. Our interior team works on a campus in Beaverton. They meet onsite and work 8 hour shift's. The hours are 5pm-1:30am Sunday-Thursday. We are looking to hire one person for this role immediately. Wage for this role would be $ 23 per hour to start with a probationary period of 60 days. Then moving to 25 per hour if it's a good fit. NO window cleaning experience needed, if you have experience in leadership. We will be calling references. We want someone who is motivated to build this team. We need this to be a fun work environment as working nights can be difficult. If you think you would be good at this please apply!

Requirements:

- Must have 2 years of leadership experience and have references for this

- Must be team oriented

-Ability to carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.

-Must have reliable transportation.

-Must have a cell phone for communication and also internet uses. (We have 3 company apps) You'll get $15 per check for cell phone usage.

- Must be comfortable working with ladders
