Occupational Health Nurse

JOB SUMMARY FOR OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NURSE:
- Nurse responsible for administering daily employee medical care and routine health assessments.
- Monday- Friday, 2nd Shift 3:00pm-11:00pm EST
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NURSE:
- Triage of injured employees, random drug testing, wellness initiatives and lab work for exams.
- Appropriate reporting
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NURSE:
- 5+ years of Nursing experience.
- Active RN License in the state of Indiana.
- CPR/BLS/ACLS certification.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NURSE:
- Triage Skills
- Phlebotomy
- Communication, detail-oriented
- Pay Range: $38-42/hour
