Our Client Onboarding Specialist team is responsible for helping our clients from the moment they sign on with our products, to the finish line of their onboarding experience! This team helps our new clients stay organized to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
This role will report to our Kaseya office in Fargo, ND.
The salary range for this position is $40,000-$45,000 / year.
Day-to-Day:
- Review and submit applications for processing accounts for the Fargo office
- Serve as communication liaison between sales representative and processor underwriting teams
- Provide detailed information on status of applications so that all stakeholders are kept informed on progress or issues
- Function as the client's advocate on any issues during the application process
- Maintain complete and accurate records of work activities, service tickets, project tickets, time and expenses in the CRM system
- Comply with all security and regulatory requirements for managing confidential data
- Identify areas for improvement and make constructive suggestions to optimize process efficiency and minimize cycle time
To thrive in this role you have:
- 1+ years of banking or similar financial support experience
- 2+ years of customer service or related experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to field questions from multiple sources
- Technology proficient to work in different platforms throughout the day
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt to changes quickly
