Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor locker rooms, restrooms, service departments, offices, stock rooms, amenities and perform maintenance procedures as required to ensure safe and sanitary conditions. Complete reports as required.
• Building maintenance requirements i.e. moving maintenance equipment, change ceiling lights, ballasts, ceiling tiles, pressure washing, minor plumbing, drywall repair, minor electrical, painting and troubleshooting low volt electrical parts.
• Provide the community and guests with friendly, diplomatic, professional and knowledgeable.Service in the above-mentioned areas.
• Purchase and maintain supplies within budgetary constraints.
• Ensure daily work orders, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annually building maintenance checklists are observed.
• Inventory and maintain tools.
• Plus other work related tasks as needed
  

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with Carpentry, Concrete, Doors, Drywall, Fencing, Plumbing and Painting required.
• Experience with Cleaning, Locks and Gutters highly desired.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English. Bilingual a plus.
• Must be a proficient problem-solver.
• Must know how to use tools, supplies, materials, chemicals in a manner that does not endanger self, other employees, residents, the environment or the public in general.
• Experience and skills with simple electric maintenance is a plus, but not necessary.
• Pool maintenance experience is a plus, but not necessary.
