You will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Deaconess.
Job Summary
Works with the EAP companies to provide a variety of therapeutic services to patients enrolled in the EAP programs including, but not limited to, individual, group and family counseling. Provides utilization review services as well as progam development assistance.
Education and Experience
Master's degree in social work or a related field.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
LSW must be obtained within one year of graduation, if MSW.
Licensed required within three to five years of date of hire.
Licensed mental health provider preferred.
