Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Pay: $21-$23 (+10% shift differential)

Shift: Swing (2:30 pm - 10:30 pm)

We are seeking a Back Paint Painter for an established aerospace company’s manufacturing group. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sanding, prepping, masking, racking and mixing paint. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in manufacturing and ability to read manufacturing drawings looking to further or start their career in the aerospace industry.

Primary Responsibilities

· Sand, prep, mask, rack and mix paint.

· Light checks.

· ASP prep and running ASP.

· Maintain equipment.

· Work with Densitometer, Calipers, Micrometers.

Essential Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Experience in manufacturing.

· Ability to read and understand instructions

· Ability to work around chemicals, fumes, noise, heat or cold.

· Ability to work with small tools and/or paint guns.

· Must be ITAR compliant (US citizen or US person)

Learning Opportunities

· You will contribute to state-of-the-art lighting technologies used in flight deck lightplates, control panels, integrated switch panels in addition to a variety of cabin interior LED lighting solutions ranging from functional lighting to ambiance and accents.
