GENERAL FUNCTION
This role manages activities related to the onboarding of a new licensed operator (LO) store and system wide commercialization of new franchise innovations which support the LO’s business operations. The position serves as the primary point of contact for the LO during the process of opening a new location, converting a store, or rolling out enterprise wide initiatives impacting operations. Functions may include activities related to store conversion, store operating platforms, product, staffing, selling, training, store operations, and operational support.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Acts as a liaison between the LO and other internal brand departments to make decisions related to new LO store opening (conversion or new start)
  • Assists the LO in prioritization and completion of activities related to store opening and support
  • Conducts and coordinates training of associates on training Pearle Vison’s operating platform
  • Assists the LO team with training on store procedures including but not limited to, insurance processing, lab procedures, and store systems
  • Trains the LO or their representative on daily store operations including but not limited to scheduling, MVC management, opening/closing procedures, lab operations and integration of selling model
  • Coordinates with Development & Licensing, corporate operations and field leaders as applicable
  • Coordinates with support departments such as product, marketing, operations, lab services, etc. in support of opening the LO's store
  • Provides POS support and problem solving in support of vendor provided training.
  • Models and trains on sales behaviors
  • Support the implementation and sustainment of innovation pipeline process that prioritizes ideas to drive Licensed Operator (“LO”) value – which includes driving strong relationships with LOs to gain their buy-in, creating solutions through collaboration to improve the patient experience and driving sales and profits for LOs/Pearle
  • Establish processes and tools to efficiently analyze overall effectiveness of new idea launch
  • Ensure field & store feedback on all initiatives is captured and incorporated for process improvement

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • BS or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the retail industry, preferably franchise retail
  • Strong communication skills and training skills
  • Comfortable working independently and in ambiguous situations
  • Ability to influence and think critically
  • Independent problem solving ability; understands root cause and develops solutions
  • Ability to balance multiple projects
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
