About Prep Network

Prep Network generates exposure for high school athletes so they can compete at the collegiate level. We connect college coaches with student-athletes through our content, tournaments, and showcases, and create opportunities in the process. We are not your typical sports company.

Content.

We have nine brands, each with their own unique website, publishing more than 3,500 unique articles each month. Our scouts produce coverage by actively searching out new and upcoming athletes, throughout the U.S., at every level of play. We aim to discover, analyze and promote the “diamond in the rough” prospects who wish to play at the next level.

Tournaments.

We are the No. 1 independent grassroots basketball event operator in the U.S. with a growing presence in girls basketball and volleyball hosting over 100 tournaments each year. What makes us different is our niche combination of top competitions with high-quality media exposure for the teams that attend our events. We stock every one of our events with our scouts and fill our websites and social media channels with analyses of the athletes competing.

Showcases.

We host 100+ showcases each year for boys and girls basketball, girls volleyball, and football. These showcases host over 10,000 prospects who compete in front of hundreds of colleges, scouts, and other media outlets from across the country.

Job Description

You will create visual concepts across the business that engage our audience and help grow our reach. This includes but is not limited to creating customized graphics, editing promotional videos and animations, updating and designing templates, and much more! Most importantly, you will be a crucial part of our marketing team and will help enhance our social media and brand presence nationwide.

Core Responsibilities

• Create engaging, scalable, and high-quality graphic templates for articles and social media.
• Design custom graphics for our national brands, including commit graphics, offer graphics, player cutouts, jersey swaps, and more!
• Work closely with our Sr. Graphic Designer to ideate and execute the creation of promotional videos and short animations

Required Skills

• 1+ years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer
• Excellent problem-solving and flexibility to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions
• Strong creative skills to develop new and innovative solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experienced with the Adobe Suite with heavy importance on Photoshop
• Basic knowledge of Premier Pro, and After Effects
• Proficient in Excel, experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Experienced with utilizing sports photos with various resolutions to create high-quality graphics
