Position Summary

Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment

Responsibilities

**We CANNOT guarantee any specific shift. Your shift pattern will most likely start out on Night Shift (6am-6pm) but can change as you get experience and seniority**


Schedule:
Full-time, 12-hour shifts with every other weekend off. Work only half of the calendar month (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off).

Pay:

  • $3000 SIGN ON BONUS

  • Starting rate is $22.00 per hour

  • Opportunities to earn over $30 per hour within 2 years

  • 4 hours of guaranteed overtime at 1.5x every other week

  • Hourly night shift bonus if placed on nights ($1.00)

  • Additional overtime opportunities at 1.5x

  • Paid weekly

Job Responsibilities:

  • A focus on Safety First, Always!

  • Operating machine tools, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/waste targets, and quality standards

  • Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods

  • Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products

  • Maintaining accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis

  • Other duties as assigned

  • If selected, you will be required to complete a drug screen and physical prior to employment

Minimum Qualifications

Typically requires a high school degree; or 1-2 year vocational training / associates degree
