As a medium-sized growing Federal contractor, my client offers management and IT consulting services to the DoD, Intelligence, and Federal and Civilian communities. They are a fast-growing contractor specializing in End-To-End Product and Technology Solutions and Information Systems Design such as Network and Systems Engineering and Integration and Cyber Security, as well as Professional Services, Medical Simulation, Test and Training Systems. they also provide support in Strategic Planning, Program and Project Management, Security Risk Assessment, and Logistics for Federal, State and Local Governments and public sector market.

Seeking staff for Corporate HQs in Orlando, FL and Sierra Vista, AZ as well as contract sites throughout US and OCONUS i.e. Saudi Arabia, Germany, Korea, etc. Ideally on site but will consider remote.

The Proposal Managers will have extensive experience as a Proposal Manager to support the full proposal lifecycle including managing, writing, and coordinating task orders for small to large-sized Federal proposal efforts. This position will support the growth objectives for DoD, Federal, Local, State, and Government entities throughout the United States. This position reports to the Chief of Business Development and will plan and direct all aspects of proposal (or Capture) efforts of approved business opportunities as directed by the Chief of Business Development. The Proposal Manager will manage day to day activities preparing proposals in response to Requests for Proposals, Requests for Information, Sources Sought and coordinating proposal efforts with their personnel, as well as partnering companies. Requires 6+ years Proposal exp., FAR/CFARS/DFARS, focused on Requests for Quotation/Proposal (RFQ/RFP) and either an active DOD Secret Clearance or any clearance that expired fairly recently.

Two openings: Chief of Business Development & BD Manager will provide Capture, Proposal, and growth strategy support for future program development opportunities. These positions will support the growth objectives for Army and other State, Local and Government entities throughout specific regions of the United States and OCONUS. The BD Manager position reports to the Chief of Business Development and will plan and support all aspects of the organization's business development policies, objectives, and initiatives. The Business Development Manager will also support day to day activities in the organization’s business development and corporate planning functions. Assists Chief of BD in the development of a long-term strategic Business Development plan, portfolio campaign plans, and identifying and responding to business development opportunities, which may include internal expansion into new markets or external expansion via partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures. May be up to 20% travel. Requires 6+ years Federal BD exp., (or may consider Corporate BD) and either an active DOD Secret Clearance or higher or any clearance that expired fairly recently.

The Capture Managers will provide Capture, Proposal, and growth strategy support for future program development opportunities. These positions will support the growth objectives for DoD, Army and other State, Local and Government entities throughout of the United States and OCONUS. This position reports to the Chief of Business Development and will plan and support all aspects of the organization's business development/capture policies, objectives, and initiatives. The Capture Managers will support day to day capture activities processes and activities within the organization’s business development and corporate planning functions. May be up to 20% travel. 6+ Years Capture exp., and either an active DOD Secret Clearance or any clearance that expired fairly recently.

Contracts Manager-

Will provide support for future program development opportunities. This position will support the growth objectives for DoD, Army and other State, Local and Government entities throughout of the United States and OCONUS. This position reports to the Chief of Business Development and will plan and support all aspects of the organization's Contracts policies, objectives, and initiatives. The Capture Manager will support day to day capture activities processes and activities within the organization’s business development and corporate planning functions.

  • Experience with all contract types, including but not limited to Cost Plus, Firm Fixed Price, Time & Materials, and IDIQs.
  • Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases, processes, administration, compliance.
  • Knowledge of US government regulations and agency supplements, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DFARS.
  • Working knowledge of Costpoint.
  • Experience working in WAWF ideal.
  • Must have knowledge of financial practices.
  • Experience with reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work for areas of risk and risk mitigation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • May be up to 20% travel. 6+ Years Contracts exp., and either an active DOD Secret Clearance or any clearance that expired fairly recently.

Program Managers, Project (and Deputy) Managers (several)

Ensured that all requisite documentation is accurate and filed on time for delivered services. Supervise a team responsible for corporate-wide contracts and/or staff, participate in operational reviews and oversee contract's accurate and timely execution. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and other personnel as needed by tracking progress and suggesting areas for optimizing growth. Organize cross-functional meetings to expedite all project activity including documentation and deployment, making recommendations including development of new systems and to conduct in-depth cost and benefit analysis. May be up to 20% travel. 6+ Years managing Federal contracts and either an active DOD Secret Clearance or any level clearance that expired fairly recently.

Logistics Operations Managers

Plan, evaluate and implement the logistical management and operations for the support of a federal contract (have several openings in different states). Provide technical and procedural guidance for well-documented organizational needs/ issues, in accordance with regulations and approved agency programs, policies and procedures.
Implemented temporary housing and transportation requirements to move teams and commodities when needed.
Evaluate, analyze and track status reports and provide updates on items such as shipments, transportation, storage, services requested, cost, programmatic needs, lead time required, using applicable regulations and guidelines
Plan and implement manpower schedule for personnel for operational capability.
Prepare and present briefings to staff on operational plans, project goals, priorities, and identify and implement paths to improve efficiency and productivity.

May be up to 20% travel. 7+ Years managing warehouses logistics supply chain. MUST have set up a warehouse from scratch. Must have either an active DOD Secret Clearance (ideally) or any level clearance that expired fairly recently.
