Looking for a proactive estimator to join our section 10 construction specialties department. In this position you will learn to put together project estimates within defined scope (i.e.,toilet partitions & accessories, fire protection specialties, wall protection, etc.)
Job duties
- Effectively estimate time, labor and material costs evaluating all construction documents
- Produce and submit written proposals and budgets prior to bid date
- Gather all supplier quotes in a timely matter
- Build strong customer/supplier relationships
- Follow up with clients on submitted proposals
- Work closely with project manager to properly hand-off awarded projects
Qualifications

- Detail oriented with organizational skills
- Customer service skills
- Bilingual (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,800.00 - $52,000.00 per year
