Infiniti of Coral Gables is currently seeking a full-time receptionist to work with our sales department at our dealership in Miami, Fl. We are looking for a team player who is eager to work in a pleasant, engaging, and outgoing environment. Are you looking to grow your career with an expanding organization? ** Must be able to work weekends!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and communicate with new and existing customers
- Create a positive atmosphere and act as the first point of contact for people entering the dealership
- Field phone calls and email correspondence, relaying information to the correct departments and assisting in a timely manner
- Tend to the Coffee Bar
- Processing CDK Receipts
- Answer general questions or inquiries as needed, contact appropriate department for assistance
- Maintain open and transparent communication with team members and management
- Other tasks as assigned
