Location: We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for Sodexo Live!. Position is Remote

Salary: $22 per hour - Full Time

PRINCIPAL FUNCTION:

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the overall effectiveness of Sodexo Live!'s Corporate Recruiting function by providing counsel, hands-on assistance and technical expertise regarding company systems, policies and procedures and matters of state and federal compliance.

The Recruiting Coordinator will establish themselves as a strategic team member and they will work closely with managers in the field to support the recruiting needs of each region, district and unit and will operate with some independence to ensure fairness and objectivity for all employees, while supporting Sodexo Live!'s vision, mission and values. They will participate in various personnel-related functions, including scheduling interviews, reviewing resumes, and screening candidates in addition to performing general clerical and administrative duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with the Senior Director and Talent Acquisition on sourcing, candidate targeting, and recruiting potential employees for clients
• Manage job posts in Applicant Tracking System and externally to various career sites and college boards
• Build candidate generation strategies
• Responsible for updating the applicant tracking system
• Perform administrative tasks
• Help with additional ad hoc projects as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management
• Advanced technical skills, with high proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs required.
• Recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience working in a Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry strongly preferred.
• Polished and professional image with exceptional ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
• Keen ability to connect easily with others and create positive positioning within a particular context or subject matter.
• Proficiency in the use of social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
