We are looking for a full time Regional Vice President to support the West/Central Division.

The compensation for this role is $110,000-$130,000 per year, depending on experience.

This role is also eligible for a cell phone allowance and a bonus plan.

The Regional Vice President will be responsible for the Overall performance of Hotels and Convention Centers in the West and Central regions, as assigned. They will be leading area team members to uphold INSPIRE values and culture.

What you will do:

  • Work directly with DET's and staff in all aspects of operation, including sales, organization, venue relations, and quality assurance.
  • Mentor DET's in areas of leadership, management, sales, and customer service.
  • Recruit, select, orient, assign, coach, and discipline employees.
  • All aspects of in-house venue transition operations (start-up), including assisting with proposal phase, inventory, site surveys, staffing, and procedural recommendations.
  • Schedule regular visits to in-house venues for training, and evaluations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with venue contacts to ensure quality service and satisfaction.
  • Act as first point of contact for venue management.
  • Enforce standardized in-house operational procedures.
  • Monitor expenses and profitability for each location.
  • Oversee accounting practices, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Ensure regular employee training for software, inventory/accounting programs, technical skills, customer service and management training.
  • Oversee inventory at each location to maintain quality and optimal quantities.
  • Monitor service evaluation process, including responses and follow-up.
  • Develop relationships and leads for new hotel properties.
  • Temporarily fill-in at DET positions during employee or hotel transitions.
  • Additional responsibilities as requested.

What your background should be:

  • Must have 5+ years DET experience, preferably with INSPIRE
  • Must have strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Must have strong dedication to high standards of customer service and a strong understanding of technical and service aspects of the business.
  • Must have an excellent team attitude.

What you will need:

  • Must reside in assigned area.
  • Must be able to travel 25-50%.
