A leading provider of healthcare services is on the search for a Bilingual Spanish Hospitality/Registration Coordinator to join their Queens, NY team! The candidate in this position will focus on aiding and assisting migrant populations in-need. The candidate in this position MUST BE bilingual Spanish.

**Training Provided**

Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Distribute personal hygiene, meals and other necessary items to patients and clients.
• Assist with scheduling travel and relocation arrangements for clients and patients.
• Welcome/greet staff members as they come in for a vaccine, swab testing and/or health assessments
• Oversee shipment tracking data entry with data team
• Set up and breakdown/clean up at end of day
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• General computer knowledge (data entry is a plus)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask
