We are a small husband/wife team with a few team members out in the field, but our project coordination work is becoming overwhelming with our business as it grows, so we are looking for an awesome new team member to help keep our company moving forward!

We are looking for someone with great organization skills to help with several aspects of our remodeling company. Having someone local to the Denver area would be ideal because we work primarily on old Denver brick homes near the Park Hill neighborhood.

Full time position available that will work hybrid remotely from home (or can use our office space), but is available to jump around Metro Denver to our jobsites when Subcontractors need to be met/coordinated, or material may need help to a jobsite, which can often be daily.

Must have some experience with most/all trades of remodeling to help facilitate questions from our Subcontractors and Clients. This job is half office work and half onsite work.

Duties:

-Updating our online construction calendars on a daily basis

-Keeping detailed records of jobsite happenings and "to-dos"

-Calling/scheduling subs to start/preform work

-Coordinating questions from subs or clients to the appropriate places.

-Communicating with clients about schedule changes and updates

-Helping deliver or coordinating delivery of items to jobsite if necessary

-Visiting jobsites and checking on progress and updating Daily Logs so progress is accurately tracked

-Checking budgets and managing subcontractor costs

We are looking for a highly organized person who can look ahead on schedules to be ready for the next key item. Positive attitude is a must in this industry where plans often need to change and new solutions need to be figured out.

We currently have a front-end team who coordinates with clients on all material/design selections and finish material purchases/deliveries, and also get all bid packages together for the remodel. We also have several carpenters in the field that are managed by one of the Owner's to coordinate all in-house Carpenter installs and quality control on their work. This Project Coordinator position would be to coordinate the rest of the construction work of Subs, schedules, and client communication.
