As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and ensure that the engineering team is aligned with overall company objectives. Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering projects and resources, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture and design documents, coding standards, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be based in the USA. This position is not open to other countries at this time
• 5+ years of experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of software engineers is essential.
• Strong technical skills and experience in software development are required, with experience in one or more of the most common tech stacks.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills are essential for success as an Engineering Manager.
• Experience in project management, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, is typically required.
