We currently have an amazing group of customer service specialist and are looking on adding more! Our 100% remote Central Reservations operation is now hiring Remote Full and Part-time Reservation Customer Service Agents in the following states- AZ, CO, FL, ID, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WY. Our customer service team handles inbound only calls and chats from guest wanting to have a once in a lifetime travel adventure with us! You’ll spend the day selling, explaining, and “bringing to life” unforgettable experiences at or near National Parks such as Death Valley, Glacier, Grand Canyon South Rim, Yellowstone, and Zion.

Qualifications:
What we ask of you:

  • Be open to learning new things! Don’t expect to be an expert within this role immediately!
  • A friendly and helpful attitude is required when communicating with guests and co-workers
  • A willingness and determination to create a unique customer service experience on every guest call, chat, or email you answer
  • A quiet and dedicated Work from Home area/office, away from any distractions
  • Hardwired high speed internet with a minimum of 40mbs download speed
  • Open and honest communication
  • Initial flexibility to work until 7pm MST, and weekends as well
  • Previous Call Center experience is a plus
  • All candidates must be willing to participate and pass a drug screening and background checks facilitated by our team prior to employment

Training is 3 weeks long, the hours are 8:30 - 5 pm (MT), and in a 100% virtual enviorment.

PAY RATE:
Total Compensation potential of $16.50+ per hour including $15.00 base and monthly incentives.
