Village Concepts of Bothell, Riverside East is seeking a compassionate nurse to serve as Wellness Director, overseeing resident care and the wellness staff.
Benefits and Pay
- Pay: $88k-$95k, DOE and licensing
- Exact compensation may vary based on experience, skills and location

The preferred candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- A valid unencumbered Washington State RN or LPN license, required
- Previous experience in Assisted Living, preferred
- Must be able to pass DSHS background check
- Completing resident assessments
- Development of and updates to care plans, meeting with families
- Investigating resident falls and other incidents
- Overseeing the medication management program
- Managing care staff
- Following up on resident medical appointments
- Strength in building a team and exhibiting leadership
