Who We Are: Western Hills Retirement Village has a history of providing over 35 years of services to area seniors in Western Cincinnati. We are a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) with senior lifestyle options that include our spacious Independent Living apartments to various levels of quality nursing services, all located on our expansive 23 acres wooded campus.
Expectations:
This RN Nursing Supervisor position will be responsible for the oversight of nursing services for skilled rehab patients as well as long term care residents. Candidates must possess strong customer service, clinical skills, and have enthusiasm for nursing. The Nursing Supervisor assists the DON in managing and motivating staff.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
RN: Must have two years of clinical experience and a minimum of one year successful supervisory experience. Certification in Gerontological nursing desirable. Point Click Care experience considered a plus.
- Must be a licensed RN Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio
- Experience in long-term care
- Proven ability to manage and motivate staff

Pay: Up to $39.00 per hour
