AKA University is hiring for a Room Attendant/Housekeeping

AKA’s new University City location features 268 brand-new, ultra-luxury Philadelphia furnished hotel and apartment residences in University City, on the upper 18 floors of Cira Centre South's innovative vertical neighborhood.

We’re looking for someone with

• 2-4 years prior Housekeeping experience with a luxury hospitality organization.
• Demonstrated professional, friendly, warm, and welcoming demeanor to all guests and colleagues.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Change bed linen and make beds
• Replace used towels
• Sweep and mop floors
• Vacuum carpets
• Dust furniture
• Clean kitchen and kitchen appliances
• Clean bathrooms
• Clean dryer/washer
• Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo)
• Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
• Address residents’ queries (e.g. on additional services)
• Help residents retrieve lost items
• Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
• Follow security guidelines
