Riverdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is currently searching for a Sales Receptionist/BDC Representative to work with our sales department at our dealership in Bronx, NY. With this position, you must be comfortable with talking on the phone, internet, and in person. We are looking for a team player eager to work in a pleasant, engaging, and outgoing environment that is comfortable with talking on the phone, internet and in person. *Starting Pay is $15 Per Hour + BDC Commission*

Responsibilities:

• Greet and communicate with new and existing customers
• Create a positive atmosphere and act as the first point of contact for people entering the dealership
• Field phone calls and email correspondence, relaying information to the correct departments and assisting in a timely manner
• Effectively set up appointments with prospective customers
• Answer general questions or inquiries as needed, contact appropriate department for assistance
• Maintain open and transparent communication with team members and management
• Other tasks as assigned
• Respond to internet leads provided through our account management system
• Effectively document interactions and customer information in our dealership database; conduct follow-ups as necessary
• Maintain a professional demeanor with our customers and strategize new ways to positively impact communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
