We are looking for superior customer service skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities for our Patient Access team.

• Demonstrate customer service excellence in every encounter
• Collaborate with families and colleagues to confirm information
• Answer phones, text messages, and emails to schedule patient evaluations
• Help children and families live their best lives
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) - Preferred

• High school diploma required
• Must have experience entering data, sorting and formatting cells in Excel
• 2+ years customer service experience in a Medical office or similar.

Salary $20.00 -$22.00 hour, Compensation dependent on experience.
