- Knowledge of the roles & services offered by support agencies
- Create in collaboration with the site administrator a comprehensive guidance program based on the American School Counselor Association’s (ASCA) National Model focusing school-wide efforts and individual supports on three domains: Academic, Personal/Social and Career
- Provide direct support to students, families, and school staff through:
- School Counseling Core Curriculum – providing all students with the knowledge, attitudes and skills appropriate for school success at their developmental level
- Deliver Evidence Based Curriculum including (Ramp Up to Readiness).
- Individual Student Planning – systematic activities and interventions to assist students in building skills for success: Professional Growth Plan (PGP) and Naviance
- Responsive Services – activities and interventions designed to meet students’ immediate needs or concerns. May include individual counseling, group counseling, crisis counseling and/or mental health supports
- System Support

- Collaborate with Student / Teacher Assistance Team to create and promote interventions for students.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.
