Job Description Summary:
Join the North America Operating Unit’s Planning and System Enablement team and help us build best in class tools and capabilities that support RGM planning and execution. The mission of the RGM Systems Lead Architect will be to own the solution design and deployment of our tools to drive efficiency and top line growth.
What You’ll Do for Us:
- Own the solution design of our Anaplan model landscape. You will ensure the overall direction is optimized for space constraints, speed, maintainability, and user satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain high performance and scalable Anaplan model architecture by leading solution definition, solution architecture reviews, and model design
- Lead user groups such as the Customer Team Advisory Group (CTAG) and other user focus groups to ensure solutions incorporate user feedback and the best decisions on design trade-offs are reached
- Lead efforts for Price Simplification by serving as the NAOU SME for integrating our Anaplan processes and models into the new Price Administration design
- Accelerate efforts on Master Data standardization across NAOU and the bottling system to enable simplified data exchange and accurate pricing
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and utilize this knowledge to educate both IT and the business on opportunities to build better Anaplan target architectures that support RGM objectives
- Work with the Anaplan COE to share best practices in Anaplan architecture and model design
- Define the next generation of model integration as we connect other processes in RGM execution
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong conceptual, strategic thinking, problem solving, technical and analytical skills
- Minimum of 2 years of Anaplan or other modeling tool/platform experience
- Understanding of data architecture and integration across platforms
- Experience in agile development practices including leadership of user feedback groups
- Excellent communication skills and experience with stakeholder influencing and project management
Base Salary: $138,000 to $158,100
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, are offered.
Strong Preferences:
- Master Anaplanner Certification
- Understanding of RGM processes and data models, in planning, execution, and Trade Promotion Management
- Strong Excel analytical capability (Pivot tables, macros) and Access familiarity
- Strong conceptual, strategic thinking, problem solving, technical and analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, AWS, Azure
