Job Overview and Responsibilities:
The Service Delivery Specialist acts as an ambassador of data & analytics services, captures and manages the demand from customers, guardian of the platform applications and liaison with the Data & Analytics suppliers. Also ensures the effective and efficient delivery of services and products.
His/her key responsabilities will be :
- Define the application vision, strategy and roadmap across our Data Analytics &AI landscape to ensure its alignment to the business needs
- Actively manage the application life cycle
- Capture needs and arbitrate the requests
- Drive design solution to enable its delivery
- Facilitate the engagement with relevant technical experts within the platform
- Manage the relationship with key stakeholders ensuring SLA are met
- Responsible for providing functional expertise and promote solutions to improve its adoption
- Responsible for managing escalations / complaints through active engagement with internal parties up to resolution
Education and Experience :
- Good experience in Product Management focus on Data & Analytics applications
- Experience in data & analytics solution design and delivery
- Including Functional knowledge on Industrial, Research
