Title: Service Technician

Hours: Monday-Friday Variable hours starting at 7:30am

Pay: $41,200-$52,300/year *

*Includes average monthly bonus and quarterly team bonus

Our Service Department is growing, and we are seeking to add an extraordinary new technician to our team. Your role will be to maintain, repair, and install residential irrigation systems.

If you have a passion for developing and learning skills, are a problem-solver that excels in working independently, and enjoy working outdoors and staying physically active then we want to hear from you! Experience is a plus but not required; we believe if you have the right character, you can learn the skills needed to excel in this position.

Job Duties

Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential irrigation systems

Make recommendations for continuous improvement, and be actively involved in solution identification and implementation

Provide unmatched customer service by communicating with the customer in a professional manner

Communicate and be responsible for vehicle and equipment maintenance

Use a tablet to complete work orders, create estimates, and call customers on a daily basis

Job Qualifications & Requirements

Good communication skills, both verbally and through using technology

Ability to work independently, with good time management

Demonstrate problem solving skills and critical thinking on a mechanical level

Must possess a desire for continual learning and continuous improvement, personally and professionally

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required

Available for over-time during peak seasons (Spring and Fall)

Required Education

High school or equivalent

Required Language

English
