As our Service Technician, you will use your mechanical talents to repair and service customer Campers & RVs so they can get back to creating family fun & memories. Every day you will repair and/or service Campers & RVs, complete repair order paperwork to document the problems and resolutions, and work on a team to ensure customer units are being handled and serviced with the utmost care. To thrive in this job, you’re an experienced Service Technician.
We’re looking for a Service Technician who…
- Accurately investigates and diagnoses problems with Campers & RVs (preferred), including all features (i.e., plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, etc.)
- Services and/or repairs units to correct problems
- Tests repairs to ensure the issue has been resolved before returning the unit to the customer.
- Thoroughly documents, including taking before and after pictures, what service was performed to the equipment in a way that others can relay information to the customer as well as have it available for future service needs.
- Takes pride in their work and achieves a low return rate.
- Communicates professionally with customers and coworkers.
