ReliaSource is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support a high-level customer and company operations. This role will be hybrid.
Job Summary
? SNOW Developer will serve as the ServiceNow application developer responsible for implementing solution design using best industry practices.
? Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the team lead.
? Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting a variety of difficult software problems, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis.
? Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions with team lead and other developers.
? Collaborate with Junior ServiceNow application developer in implementing solution design per customer requirements and using best industry practices.
? Ensure code follows architectural standards and future direction.
? Collaborate with UX engineers and designers to implement markup/designs.
? The ServiceNow developer will also support ReliaSource internal project management platforms, which its Project Management Office will utilize to coordinate deployments of customer kiosks and VoIP phones.
Required Qualifications and Technical Skills
? Five plus (5+) years of total IT experience and bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
? Active Security Clearance or ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
? ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
? 4 years of direct development experience with ServiceNow that includes scoped/custom application development.
? 3 years of experience designing and developing ServiceNow process flows and workflows.
? 2 years of Performance Analytics experience.
? 3 years of experience with importing and exporting data to ServiceNow using data loads, transform maps and XMLs.
? JavaScript design patterns (AMD, etc.)
? Good HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Angular JS/Bootstrap 3 framework experience.
? ServiceNow ServicePortal and widgets development experience.
Desired Skills and Certs
? Proven experience developing ServiceNow scoped applications.
? Micro-Certification in Performance Analytics.
? ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
? Familiarity or knowledge with legacy service management systems.
? Knowledge of Responsive Design.
? Experience with process flow documentation creation.
