Position Summary:

Responsible for directly observing assigned patients. Promptly and effectively communicates with patients, family, visitors, nurses and physicians. Recognizes hazards to patient safety and takes appropriate action to maintain a clean and safe environment. Unified by the core purpose of creating a healthier community one person at a time, the members of the Division of Patient Care Services commit themselves to sustaining a culture focused on achieving optimal patient outcomes.
