Job description

Vinatronic is a family owned Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider and is looking to hire SMT Machine Operators for PCB Assemblies. The ideal candidate will be a team player that is self-motivated, detailed-oriented, disciplined, and responsible with solid soldering experience.

Qualifications

•2+ Years of SMT machine Operation

•Knowledge of IPC-610 and ESD Standards

•Ability to run Assembleon Pick and Place Machines

•Ability to run Stencil Printers, Reflow Ovens, and other assembly equipment

Responsibilities

•POSITION SUMMARY: The SMT Operator will set up and program the screen printer, SMT pick and place machine, and reflow ovens to insure all boards meet IPC-610 and customer quality standards

•Set-Up & Tear Down- SMT Machines

•Knowledge of safety and operation of Pick-n-Place machines

•Load feeders according to assembly documentation

•Understand feeder sizes and pitches

•Component Identification knowledge

•Verify components & feeder on job cart

•Restock parts in the correct Kit Box

•Load program on machine(s)

•Perform machine operator processes (startup, loading a recipe, adjusting the conveyor belt, production runs, shutdown, and alarms)

•Makes minor machine adjustments such as placement of parts, measurement of components and change or correct package size, clears machine jams

•Thoroughly and accurately complete forms and documentation as necessary

•Professionally and effectively communicate both verbally and written with coworkers, management, vendors, source inspectors and customer representative (when needed)

•Perform house-keeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment

•Be punctual and maintain good attendance

•Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
