RFA Engineering (www.rfamec.com) is seeking several growth-oriented entry level to experienced candidates to be part of our engineering team in Dubuque, IA. You will work with our engineering staff to provide highly engineered solutions for our clients using state of the art engineering tools.

This position is associated with testing of materials, components and hardware that controls vehicle operation and functions. Testing methods include bench testing and full or partial machine testing.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design engineers and structural analysts to plan structural testing for continuous improvement and new product development projects.
• Conduct component, system, and machine level testing.
• Analyze data and complete written test reports to document results.

Desired Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Hands-on problem solving.
• Technical documentation, communication, and presentation.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude demonstrated through work experience or academic projects.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
