POSTE

Louis Vuitton is searching for a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager for our Client Care Services division based in our Ontario, California location who will be challenged to lead all areas of supply chain and logistics for care services flow in Ontario.

Ideal candidate will handle supply chain logistics operations in 2 shifts with staff of 48+ associates including 4 direct associates. Candidate will be leading 4 departments (Shipping/Reception, Product Assessment, Warehouse, Quality Control) and establish a partnership with Production team to organize Work In Progress (WIP) and provide team with all needs to improve client lead time and productivity. We will also need you to assist Store Support and Direct to Client teams to provide client solutions, ETA and expedite client issues. In addition, handle inbound/outbound logistics flow (transportation/customs clearance) for spare parts and repairs along with inventory management.

As an integral leader, the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager will partner with central team and vendors to improve processes, cost, and lead time. Candidate will take ownership in developing and mentoring their team, ensure efficient partnership and coordination between relevant departments. Also assist with setting achievable team and individual targets while assessing, monitoring, and leading performance to ensure these goals are achieved. It is important to maintain a work environment that prioritizes safety and quality through communication, action, and accountability. In addition, you will encourage and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service: create a positive work environment, empower the team, and encourage innovative solutions.

It will be important for you to develop effective relationships and partnerships with Care Services Logistics managers in US sites to balance flow and standardize processes.


PROFIL

We are eager to speak to professionals with a BS/BA degree and/or with a validated experience of five years or more in a management role within a manufacturing environment and Supply Chain/Purchasing experience. One who has strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example and manage diverse workforce focused on results, employee engagement, decision making, and partnership. You will be highly self-motivated, organized, analytical, and possess both outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Your knowledge of Power BI and JDE/ERP will be a plus along with strong proficiency in Excel.

Salary range ($100K - $120K)
