Jobsource Is currently looking for Sushi Prep/ Cook in the city of SANTA FE SPRINGS

*All employees MUST have 6 months of recent experience working in the sushi industry

Job Duties:

· Prep and Pack sushi rolls, Tuna, Egg Rolls, etc into sushi trays

· Preparing traditional Japanese sushi rice, chopping vegetables, slicing, and filleting fish

· Placing orders for supplies as needed.

· Store certain foods in fridge area or freezer and following FIFO process (first in, first out)

· Maintain clean workspaces and equipment to meet health and safety standards.

· Update production logs to ensure an accurate product count.

· Inspect and pack the final product.

Schedule/ Shift:

Monday- Sunday from 4:00AM – 12:30PM/ some overtime if needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Must have experience working with sushi.

· Must be available weekends.

· Non Slip Shoes.

· Resume.
