As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your exceptional communication skills and guidance through the hiring process leads to successful onboarding plans, ensuring employee satisfaction and retention.

STATUS: Full-time

LOCATION: On-site Riedman Campus

DEPARTMENT: Human Resources

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; Days

ATTRIBUTES

  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in progressively more responsible positions
  • Knowledge of personnel procedures and policies
  • Excellent computer and communication skills
  • Detailed-orientated, client-focused and excellent account management skills
  • Strong teamwork abilities and exceptional customer service

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Relationship Building. Build and manage client relationships throughout the pre-employment and transfer onboarding process; mentor the candidate through the onboarding process, communicate steps and timelines to ensure validation of qualifications in a timely manner; schedule new hire welcome appointment and Employee Health assessment
  • Onboarding Management. Maintain new hire and transfer status reports for: Employee Health, Fingerprinting, Child Abuse Registry database checks and New Employee Orientation; manage all pre-employment background checks to include required per company/regulatory policy; distribute and collect all required new hire documents and create quality checks for new hire and transfer personnel folders; ensure all transfers throughout the system meet the minimal requirements and qualifications prior to transitioning into the position
  • Communication. Communicate candidate status to key stakeholders such as: hiring manager, recruiter, learning and development and any additional departments throughout the onboarding process
