General Responsibilities

• Provide information and make reservations via phone and email.
• Assist in-house guests with issues and complaints, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Must become familiar with rental units by personally previewing them.

Experience:

• Hospitality, customer service or reservationist experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

• The position is 35-hrs a week, year-round including weekends and most holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent customer service & phone skills.
• Be a self-starter with good problem-solving skills.
• Clean and professional personal appearance (Uniform shirts provided).
• Must have reliable transportation and be punctual.
• Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
• Computer and typing skills are required.
• Be organized and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork.
• Knowledge of the Upper Keys a must.
• Must be able to provide verifiable work references and pass a background check.
