Are you an experienced veterinary receptionist or customer service representative looking for an opportunity to utilize your extensive technical skills? Boston Veterinary Clinic is a fast-paced and progressive multi-doctor practice looking for a top-notch technician to join our team! As we are a new and rapidly-expanding company, this employment opportunity carries the potential for advancement. We currently operate 3 clinics in Boston's Seaport, South End and in Coolidge Corner, Brookline. Our success has allowed us to open two new locations in 2023 (Wellesley Hills and Charlestown) and we are thrilled that we are quickly extending our reach to provide gold standards of care to the pets of Greater Boston. We are also hiring for our Boston locations!!! We are looking for a new team member to join as our Client Service Representative (CSR). Traditionally, this position would be called, “receptionist”, but we consider the role to be much more. Beyond creating a powerful first impression, the CSR will be the gateway to our professional services, products and relationships. A great receptionist will greet our clients and patients and make them feel welcome and comfortable. A great CSR will have a trusted relationship with our clients, inquire about their companion relationship, and offer unique recommendations that will enhance and enrich that bond. A great receptionist will book appointments and manage the clinic’s occupancy. A great CSR will review our appointment book in advance and be ready with product and service recommendations that will add value to our client’s visit and maximize our average transaction value.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

We require all of our team members show proof of COVID vaccination. Unvaccinated clients are asked to wear a mask when in the clinic.
