About The Role
Providing a world-class experience to our community (customers, drivers, clients, employees) is at the heart of the Veho experience and drives our success. We are looking to bring in an exceptional Vice President of Talent Acquisition who is a leader and a builder – someone who can make Veho’s hiring strategy a competitive edge and ensure we attract and hire the best people who will provide a world-class experience to our community.

You will work directly with executives, leaders, hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to translate our organizational goals into talent acquisition strategies. This role will report directly to the Chief People Officer.

Responsibilities Include:

    • Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that establishes a best-in-class candidate experience and attracts top talent
    • Manage, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, including Recruiters and Coordinators
    • Establish a strong employer brand that differentiates Veho and breaks through to top talent.
    • Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of passive and active candidates.
    • Serve as a strategic partner to executives, leaders, and hiring managers to advise on the hiring process.
    • Own the executive recruiting function and manage the functions that support exempt and high-volume, non exempt hiring
    • Ensuring hiring practices support and forward diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging at Veho
    • Collaborate with our Talent Operations team to leverage our systems and data to uncover insights on hiring trends
    • Partner with our People Operations Business Partner teams to understand the business and inform hiring strategies.

What You Bring:

    • 10+ years progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally with experience in start-ups and/or high growth companies.
    • Strong empathetic leadership skills with a passion for developing and promoting top talent, building a culture that prioritizes diversity, equity and inclusion, and an unapologetic focus on employee health and wellness.
    • Strong analytical capabilities with a passion for leveraging data to help inform decisions.
    • Comfortable working at senior executive level and in a matrixed organization, with proven ability to influence and drive consensus across a complex stakeholder network.
    • Deep strategic thinker, but can stay on top of tactical execution
    • Passion for invention; expect and require innovation from the team(s).
The starting salary for this role is $225,000. The actual salary is dependent upon many factors, such as: education, experience, and skills. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company.
